Flat rate USPS Priority Mail shipping on all orders is only $4.75.  Most orders are shipped out within one business day of receipt  (occasionally orders are shipped out within two business days). We use Priority mail shipping -- the Post Office quotes 2 delivery days (including Saturdays) for most zip codes but quotes 3 delivery days to some areas. Example: Place order on Tuesday, it will ship out on Wednesday or Thursday, and for most zip codes will be delivered by Friday or Saturday.  A small percentage of zip codes require 3 day delivery - for those, packages will arrive either Saturday or Monday. 

Our experience with thousands of packages mailed is that the Post Office is almost always within the 2-3 day window for delivery; however, for that occasional missed delivery date, please allow an extra day for delivery.

EXPRESS MAIL: We do not offer express mail - we apologize for the inconvenience.

RETURNS

All returns must be in original condition, unworn and have tags on; if footwear, they must be in original box (if applicable). Bedding that has been opened or used may not be returned by law. All Sleep Sacks and Pillowcases must be brand new, unused and unopened to be eligible for return. Returns will be accepted within 180 days of delivery with receipt so that we can exchange or credit your credit card for the product purchase price. Please contact us for a return authorization so that we can make the return process as convenient as possible for you. Please email us at Customer Service and we will respond with a return authorization number and instructions within 2-3 business days. (Please be patient as there is extremely high volume of returns and exchanges during the holiday season and it is important to us that each return is handled with great care.)

You are responsible for costs associated with shipping product to us, however, if you are making an exchange, the new merchandise will be shipped to you with no additional shipping or processing expense to you. If returning a gift, please include buyer's name and address, and how you'd like us to handle your return.

Damaged Merchandise: Please notify us immediate if an item is damaged or defective for a special return authorization.  Please see the section below which discusses the characteristics of natural fibers such as sheepskin and silk.

We apologize for any inconvenience, but we are only able to accept orders to be shipped within the United States and paid for with credit cards issued by U.S. financial institutions.

SHEEPSKIN AND SILK

Sheepskin is a natural product which may contain some variances and marks… this is a normal characteristic of beautiful natural sheepskin and is not a defect.

Natural silk may have natural irregularities called “slubs” and slight shading variances which are natural occurrences and not defects. Please enjoy these variances as unique characteristics of this luxurious natural fiber.
